About Tracy Sinner

Thank you for visiting our website! My name is Tracy Sinner, and I am the President and National Recruiter of LL Resources LLC. I founded LL Resources after learning that the company I had been with for 17 years was closing. This turning point in my life was the catalyst for pursuing my passion for recruiting and helping people find the right career opportunities.

I specialize in several industries, including Metals Manufacturing, Machining Manufacturing, and Construction, focusing on engineering and management. What drives me is the opportunity to make meaningful connections—whether it's helping companies find the right talent or guiding candidates to their dream jobs.

Beyond my professional life, my greatest joy is my family. I’ve been with my husband, Brian, for 24 wonderful years, and we are incredibly proud of our two children, Randy (23) and Katelynn (20). When I’m not busy running my business, you’ll often find me enjoying hobbies such as woodworking, making candles, golfing, and camping with my family.

My career began as an Administrative Assistant, and the lessons I learned in that role were crucial in shaping me into the recruiter I am today. My mission is simple: I’m here to make a difference in people’s careers. Whether it’s a candidate trying to find their next step or a company seeking the perfect fit for their team, I am dedicated to making those connections that create lasting impact.

One of my passions is helping the younger generation discover their goals and guiding them on their journey to success. It’s incredibly fulfilling to mentor and support individuals

just beginning their careers, helping them achieve what they’ve always dreamed of.

Achievements and Career Milestones

Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to experience some incredible milestones. I was recognized as one of the Top 5 Rookies for Project Coordinator and have achieved over $1 million in career sales. However, my proudest accomplishment is helping over 50 candidates land their dream positions. Each of these successes reaffirms my belief in the power of dedication, relationship-building, and hard work.

Personal Values and Interests

Growing up, I watched my mother face numerous challenges, particularly as she struggled to find and maintain employment due to her illness with epilepsy. Her strength and resilience taught me the importance of never giving up—no matter the circumstances. It’s this same mindset that I carry with me every day in both my personal and professional life.

Helping others is one of my greatest passions, and I strive to make a positive impact in people’s lives, whether it’s through my work in recruiting or through personal acts of kindness. Life is precious, and I believe in making the most of every opportunity while staying true to who I am.
