After years of working in recruiting, workforce development, and relationship-based hiring, we saw a common challenge on both sides of the hiring process.

Her approach is rooted in relationships, honest communication, and a deep belief that every person has a story worth telling.
Throughout her career, Tracy has helped professionals find meaningful opportunities and has supported companies in building teams that move their businesses forward.
